Assuming that I've got the unlock code, how can I input it to the phone? Is there any key sequence to a specific screen?

You need to turn off the phone then power it on again (make sure you have the flight menu thing going on) and perform the following sequence:

Joystick Left
*
*
Joystick Left

You can enter the code in the NETWORK section.

Pixx - there are many reasons you need to enter a code into your phone. Please explain which code you need to enter so we can further help.

Doc, MNC2 or 3 are Mobile Network Codes - the other option would be a Mobile Country Code (MCC)

Network Subsets are "A refinement of network personalisation which allows network operators to limit the usage of a ME to a subset of SIMs"

Corporate I believe, is for companies who have large amounts of phones to lock them down to only work with a certain group of SIMs.

There is not one specific unlock code - it goes off your IMEI number, and as this is unique you''ll need to get this done for YOUR phone, no-one else''s will work.

If it was sold as unlocked, take it back.

>*<<*<*

fas, if you have used up all your attempts, you will need to take it to a phone shop to have it unlocked.

wolfhunter2, service menu is achieved by using >*<<*<* but unlock menu (different one) is <**<

You need to have the phone unlocked at a phone shop, or using PhoneXS++ or FAR manager. The forum search will help you there.

Can you just confirm that it is not possible to unlock this phone with just codes and that you need to have the required cable?

I''ve been given unlock codes for my phone, but at the NCK menu, when I enter characters I cann;t use the * or hash key.

Thanks,

Mike.

It''s possible you were given an incorrect code.

The NCK code, is that the actual unlock code?

If it is, when i enter it, it will only accept numbers, so I can''t input the other characters.
