Restarting Problems

 My Sansa has a weird new problem. Once, after I formatted it using Windows Media Player 10, it restarted. After this restart, every time I try to synchronize songs or videos on it, it restarts again. When I try to format it using Windows Media Player, it restarts. When I try to change USB Modes on Settings, it restarts. If I try to format it from Windows Explorer, it restarts. I don't know what to do.

 Check my post in this forum about updating database and follow de sandisk instructions posted in it, then you can update the firmaware.
