driver not responding

I have just got a replacement handset SPV M600 and when I try to install the driver that worked with the previous handset it now isn't working.

 

The message is "the keyboard driver (StowawayXT.dll) is not responding"

 

Any idea if I need a new driver (where do I get it?) or how else to solve this problem?
