Good-ish.
The case feels quite nice and fits the Flyer well, but you do have to be slightly careful not to point the case downwards as you open it as otherwise the flyer can slide out as it's held by two arms at the side and two stops at the bottom but nothing at the top. It can function as a desk stand in portrait format but you have to bend a piece of covered plastic up on the rear and tuck the front flap in there, a bit fiddly. The pen holder works well. It'd be better at £20 but I'd most likely buy it again if I had my time again.
